Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, written by Roald Dahl, tells the story of Charlie Bucket, a poor but kind-hearted boy living near the mysterious chocolate factory of Willy Wonka. When Wonka announces that five golden tickets hidden inside chocolate bars will grant children a tour of his magical factory, the whole world goes wild searching for them. Charlie miraculously finds the last ticket. During the tour, four spoiled children suffer terrible consequences due to their greed and bad behavior, while honest Charlie remains respectful. Deeply impressed, Wonka reveals the tour was a test and names Charlie his successor to the factory.
