Following the horrors at the Spencer mansion, S.T.A.R.S. member Rebecca Chambers joins a small elite team dispatched to investigate a remote Umbrella facility on Caliban Cove, Maine. Led by David Trapp, the team discovers an underground laboratory where the deranged scientist Nicholas Griffith has unleashed a deadly plague, turning the staff into mindless zombies and breeding grotesque bio-organic weapons. Cut off from escape and hunted through flooded tunnels and dark corridors, the survivors race to destroy the lab before Umbrella's creations can spread. As teammates fall one by one, Rebecca must summon every ounce of courage to survive the nightmare.
